Dear Players and Patrons,
We are excited to announce that on October 1st, we will be transitioning to a new club management platform powered by CourtReserve! This software will provide a smoother, more efficient user experience, allowing you to manage court reservations easily, register for programs, and even use account credit online for program registration.
Fall 1 & 2 Lesson Patrons & TAP ’24-’25 Students: We’ve already created an account for you on CourtReserve. Look for the email with directions to log-in to your account!
What this means for you:
- Your new account on CourtReserve will give you access to court reservations, program registrations, and all that Lifetime Activities Pleasanton has to offer.
- The system will officially go live on October 1st. Until then, please continue to use Club Automation for court reservations and class registrations.
Important:
- During the transition from Club Automation to CourtReserve, account credits will be temporarily frozen from September 23rd through September 30th. Balances and credit will be transferred over to CourtReserve once your new account is created and approved in the system.

- When creating your profile, please only fill out the Primary Account Holder’s information (must be at least 18 years of age). Family members and children can be added once your account has been created and approved.
- All ball machine reservations and program registrations will require a CourtReserve account beginning October 1st regardless if they are made online, by phone or in-person. Please note we cannot take program registrations by phone.
