1 HR:

Adult: Resident $12 | Non-Resident $17
Youth: Resident $9 | Non-Resident $13.50

1.5 HR:

Adult: Resident $18 | Non-Resident $25.50 
Youth: Resident $13.50 | Non-Resident $20.25

Monday-Friday, Noon – 3pm  $7.50 per hour for all

Court Reservation Policies

Making Reservations

  • Each individual may have no more than 1 reservation per day.
  • Reservations may be made:
    • Online on the Player Portal or via our Lifetime Activities Mobile App
    • By phone at 925-945-0105. One reservation per phone call.
  • Court reservation durations:
    • Tennis – 1 hour to 1.5 hours
    • Pickleball – 1 hour
    • Table Tennis – 1 hour
  • Verified* Pleasanton residents may reserve courts 8 days in advance. Unverified Residents and Non-Residents may reserve courts 7 days in advance. Reservations open daily at 12:30pm.

*To verify your Pleasanton residency, please submit this PL Resident Status Verification Form, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to update your account.

Checking In and Cancellations

  • Full payment is due at the time of check-in.
  • Reservation is forfeited after 10 minutes if court is unclaimed.
  • Fees will not be prorated for late arrivals.
  • Court assignments are subject to change.
  • Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 4 hours before the reservation start time. Reservations can be viewed and canceled online via the Player Portal or through the Lifetime Activities Mobile App under My Reservations. You may also call us to cancel your court reservation.
  • No-shows and courts canceled less than 4 hours before start time will be charged the full court fee billable to the reservation holder.
  • During periods of inclement weather, updates on court conditions will be made available via push notifications on the Lifetime Activities Mobile App. You may also call the front desk at (925) 931-3449 for an update on court conditions.
  • Management reserves the right to repurpose the walk-on court to resolve unforeseen court issues.

Fees & Rate Policies

  • Fees are per court, not per person.
  • Resident & Non-resident fees – If there is 1 resident, then the resident fee applies. Fees are assessed based on the person making the reservation.
  • Account credit will be issued for unused time interrupted by inclement weather.

Rain Procedure

On rainy days, staff may close the courts until they are playable. Call (925) 931-3449 to see if courts are dry.

Credit will be issued for paid, unused time if it rains during play. Make ups will be scheduled for lesson and league rainouts.

Tennis & Pickleball Court Rules & Etiquette

  • Respect all players at all times.
  • Shirts/tops must be worn, non-marking athletic shoes only, no open-toed shoes.
  • Keep noise to an appropriate level and be courteous and respectful of other players, community members and staff.
  • No personal ball machines or ball hoppers allowed.
  • Keep courts clean. Pick up all balls & throw away any trash in the provided trash cans.
  • Wait until the point in play is finished before retrieving a ball from another court.
  • Be safe. Do not participate in any behavior that would risk injury to yourself or anyone else.
  • Before starting play, ensure the court is free from hazards (extra balls, cans or other debris). For court safety/playability concerns, please contact the front desk.
  • NO food, drinks, or chewing gum (water is acceptable).
  • NO other sports other than tennis or pickleball.
    NO wheels (bikes, skates, skateboards, scooters, etc.).
  • NO profanities, yelling, or screaming at any time on or near courts. Misconduct may result in the suspension of facility access.
  • NO unattended children that are not playing tennis/pickleball/table tennis.
  • NO pets on court or inside the club room.
  • No unauthorized instruction allowed. City sponsored lessons only. (per City of Pleasanton Ordinance)

No person shall: (a) sell any goods or services; (b) conduct or maintain any show, performance, concert, place of amusement or exhibition; or (c) conduct private lessons or classes unless such person has received the prior written permission of the director.

  • All participants and community members must adhere to the City of Pleasanton Code of Conduct:

CITY OF PLEASANTON CODE OF CONDUCT

The City of Pleasanton has designated Lifetime Activities as directors/officials for play in Pleasanton Tennis and Community Park. Director/Officials below refers to Lifetime Activities Management.  

This code of conduct applies to players, managers, captains, monitors, coaches, and spectators.

 

A.) NO PLAYER SHALL: Be guilty of objectionable demonstrations of dissent at an official’s decision.

  • MINIMUM PENALTY: Warning by the official.
  • MAXIMUM PENALTY: Removal from the game.

 

B.) NO PLAYER SHALL: Discuss with an official in any manner the decision reached by such official except the manager or captain.

  • MINIMUM PENALTY: Warning by the official.
  • MAXIMUM PENALTY: Removal from the game.

 

C.) NO PLAYER SHALL: Refuse to abide by an official’s decision. Officials are required to immediately suspend player from further play and report such player to the Director. Such person shall remain suspended until his/her case has been reviewed by the Director.

  • MINIMUM PENALTY: Placed on probation for the remainder of the season.
  • MAXIMUM PENALTY: Suspension for two  weeks and placed on probation.

  

D.) NO PLAYER SHALL: Be guilty of an abusive verbal attack upon any player, official, or spectator. Officials are required to immediately suspend player from further play and report such player to the Director. Player shall remain suspended until his/her case has been considered by the Director.

  • MINIMUM PENALTY: Suspension for one week and placed on probation.
  • MAXIMUM PENALTY: Suspension from one calendar year and placed on probation. 

 

E.) NO PLAYER SHALL: Be guilty of gambling upon any play or the outcome of games with any spectator, player, or opponent. Officials are required to report violation of this rule to the Director.

  • MINIMUM PENALTY: Placed on probation for the remainder of the year.
  •  MAXIMUM PENALTY: Suspension for the remainder of the year.

 

F.) NO PLAYER SHALL: Be guilty of using unnecessarily rough tactics in the play of the game against the body or person of an opposing player. Officials are required to immediately suspend players from further play and report such player to the Director.

  • MINIMUM PENALTY: Placed on probation for the remainder of the year.
  • MAXIMUM PENALTY: Suspension for one calendar year.

 

G.) NO PLAYER SHALL: Appear upon the courts at any time in an impaired condition. Officials are required to immediately suspend player from play and report them to the   Director for further consideration.

  • MINIMUM PENALTY:  Suspension for two weeks and placed on probation.
  • MAXIMUM PENALTY:  Suspension for the remainder of the season.

 

H.) NO PLAYER SHALL: At any time lay a hand upon, shove, expectorate, strike, or threaten an official. Officials are required to immediately suspend player from further play and report such player to the Director. Such player will remain suspended until his/her case has been considered by the Director. 

  • MINIMUM PENALTY:  Suspension for two weeks and placed on probation for remainder of the season.
  • MAXIMUM PENALTY:  Suspension for life and/or assault charges filed.

 

I.) NO PLAYER SHALL: Be guilty of a physical attack as the aggressor upon any player, official, spectator. Officials are required to immediately suspend player from further play and report such player to the Director. Such player will remain suspended until his/her case has been considered by the Director.

  • MINIMUM PENALTY:  Suspension for two weeks and placed on probation for remainder of the season.
  • MAXIMUM PENALTY:  Suspension for life and/or assault charges filed.

 

NOTE: 

Depending on the nature and severity of the behavioral offense, Lifetime Activities staff reserves the right to enforce immediate suspension or other appropriate measures.
